Thank you for telling your Senators to support the lands / water conservation package! Thousands of letters went out and you put conservation on the agenda. You may have seen that Majority Leader Reid decided not to push the whole package, but he (and our champions) fought for several smaller packages, and some good bills, like the Shark Conservation Act, passed!

We're now busy planning our strategy for the next two years. As you know, our oceans will face threats in the 112th Congress, but Ocean Champions will be there to defend them. We also see opportunities to move forward on some key issues and would love to hear what you value most.
