Any day now, Governor Corbett could sign a bill into law that would allow companies that hire new workers to withhold 95% of their income taxes to do whatever they want with. This law would literally have you pay taxes to your boss.
If the governor signs this law, companies that hire new workers would continue to withhold state income taxes from the workers' paychecks, but instead of turning it over to the state to repair storm damage or build schools, the company would keep 95% of the money.
