Write to the Oregon Legislature!

We request everyone to write to the Oregon legislature urging them to repeal ORS 342.650. ORS 342.650 is an Oregon law which forbids public school teachers from wearing religious dress in accordance with their faith. This law effectively segregates Sikhs and other religious minorities from being able to serve as public school teachers, thus violating their basic civil and human rights.

Please draft your own language to the legislature or feel free to use the language we provide. Thank you for your activism! It will make a difference!
