For years, the Sikh Coalition has been working with sangats in Southern California to engage local sports teams, including the Los Angeles Clippers, in hosting Sikh awareness nights. We look forward to collaborating with the L.A Kings again and working towards even more opportunities for highlighting the Sikh community throughout the event.
“It is amazing to see our faith and heritage being celebrated at a major sporting event,” said Bhupinder Kaur. “Events like Sikh Awareness Night help our youth see how appreciated we are in the community, and we are thankful to the Sikh Coalition for their tireless efforts in making this possible with the L.A. Kings.”
The Sikh Coalition is also committed to raising awareness in Southern California by empowering Sikhs to engage their communities and build relationships with key officials. In the coming days, we will be conducting a Sikh Presenter’s Course in Los Angeles at Khalsa Care Foundation. Registration is still open--hurry to RSVP

As always, the Sikh Coalition urges you to practice your faith fearlessly.
