Operations Manager. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will oversee the organization’s finances to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance is met, provide overall operations support, manage human resources, further develop the technology infrastructure, support recruitment efforts, continue to develop board engagement, as well as provide support as needed to special projects and events.
