Tomorrow, November 29, is #GivingTuesday! #GivingTuesday reminds us to take a break from consumption and give back to our communities, and it has become one of the most critical fundraising days of the year for nonprofit organizations like the Sikh Coalition. In fact, last year, we raised an incredible 25% of our year-end goal on #GivingTuesday.

If you make your donation for #GivingTuesday now instead of waiting until the end of the year, the Sikh Coalition team can spend less time fundraising and more time focusing on pressing work and plans to better serve our sangats in 2023. For example, we are currently working on multiple time sensitive high impact legal cases while also in a long and contentious fight in Virginia to ensure their state education standards are inclusive of Sikhi. Plus, getting in your donation now means fewer fundraising emails for you!
To motivate giving, a group of anonymous donors have pledged to match every donation that comes through now and the end of tomorrow dollar for dollar (up to $110,000). This means your dasvandh will have twice the impact starting NOW!
