James O'Keefe

James O'Keefe, the author of the undercover sting videos that targeted ACORN last September was arrested for entering federal property under false pretenses for the purpose of committing a felony at Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu's office in New Orleans.

This latest round of alleged law-breaking could have been prevented.

That's right. The ACORN videos he shot in CA and MD lacked the consent of the folks being taped and that's illegal in those states. Now that he's proven that his law-breaking antics aren't a one-shot deal, demand that the Attorneys General in CA and MD conduct formal investigations of O'Keefe's actions.
