A Public Health Care Option in the Senate
Senators Rockefeller (D-WV) and Schumer (D-NY) are working to add a public option to the toothless health care reform bill drafted by the Senate Finance Committee. This critical vote is scheduled for tomorrow.
ADAction: Contact your lawmakers and tell them you want the choice of a public health care option. Also, send this letter to the editor to help combat the lies being spread by opponents of health care reform.

Keep the Pressure on the House to Pass ENDA
The Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) would extend fair employment practices under federal law to the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community. It is based on the labor principle that every worker should be judged solely on his or her merits as a worker.
