Today, the Senate is expected to vote on S. 3412, the Middle Class Tax Cut Act.  This bill would protect the American middle class by extending the Bush-era tax cuts for 98% of Americans, and allowing the cuts for the wealthiest 2% to expire on schedule at the end of this year.  This would help those that need it, and let those with a household income of over $250,000 a year (or $200,000 for an individual) go back to paying the standard tax rates.

ADA has joined with 129 national organizations to urge the Senate to protect our jobs, and critical services for all citizens.  You can do your part to urge your Senator to pass the Middle Class Tax Cut Act today.  In less than 30 seconds, you can send them a personal message urging your support.
