NYC Reception to Honor Rep. Barney Frank

Join us in New York City as we honor former ADA President, The Honorable Barney Frank (D-MA), for his legendary career.  With his quick wit and keen mind, he’s been a stalwart voice for the very best liberal ideas and ideals.

New Jontz book -- The People’s Choice

Jim Jontz, former President Emeritus of Americans for Democratic Action, had a long career dedicated to serving the middle class and left a legacy of ADA's Working Families Win project.  Before creating the Working Families Win campaign, Jontz served in the Indiana House of Representatives (1974-84), Indiana Senate (1984-86), and U.S. House of Representatives (1986-92) and was the director of the Alliance for Sustainable Jobs and the Environment, the American Lands Alliance, and the Citizens Trade Campaign.  

A new biography by Ray E. Boomhower, The People’s Choice:  Congressman Jim Jontz of Indiana, is now available from the Indiana Historical Society Press for a discounted price of $20 to ADA members.  Email the author and ask for your ADA discount today!
