ADA

Since ADA's founding in 1947, the annual Voting Records have served as the gold standard measure of political liberalism. Combining 20 key votes on a wide range of social and economic issues, both domestic and international, the ADA Score provides a basic overall picture of an elected official's political position.

You can still read and review the publication here in its traditional form, but now you can explore the votes your way, with our new interactive features online.

Search and sort the 2012 voting record data your way.  Click on any table header to resort the data. Click any vote for a description of the bill. Enter a name or text in the search field to filter the data.

Noteworthy:

  • The award-winning documentary "Brothers on the Line," about the Reuther brothers and the birth of the United Auto Workers in the 1930s will be shown at the Workers Unite Film Festival this week in Florida.  More details available here.
