More Supreme Court Decisions to be announced today at 10
Yesterday, the Supreme Court postponed gay marriage and voting rights for another day and affirmative action at public universities for another year. Fisher v. Texas has been sent back to the lower courts so they can examine the University of Texas' affirmative action plan more closely to determine if a "race-neutral" plan could guarantee educational diversity.
