Netroots Nation is the largest gathering of internet activists in the nation.  Progressive bloggers, activists, and political leaders gather to plot strategy, share tactics, and promote liberal causes.

NN09 happened in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where ADA National Director Michael J. Wilson participated in a panel opposing state-sanctioned discrimination against LGBT citizens, where Pennsylvania Democratic Senate candidates Arlen Specter and Joe Sestak squared off, and an activist challenged Bill Clinton to defend his two-term legacy.

It is no exaggeration to say that ADA was an integral part of the proceedings, drawing press coverage, making connections, and learning how to integrate technology into our work.  Our goal is to put ADA activists on the cutting edge of communications and advocacy in order to fight against unemployment and against discrimination, and to take a leading role in all of the issues championed by our members.

You'll notice that these links take you other sites for more information.  Join us in fighting against the tea-bag crowd disrupting town hall meetings and in support of the Congressional Progressive Caucus in standing up for real health care reform.

Send a contribution today - so we can continue to move forward and make ADA's future as bright as it's past.
