Senate Republicans Continue to Delay Unemployment Extension
There's really no nice way to put it. Senate Republicans are using unemployed workers as hostages in order to deprive the Democratic Leadership of a victory. The House passed an extension a month ago! Senate Democrats have addressed all their concerns, yet they continue to delay a vote. Read more here.

ADA to Meet with Progressive Caucus, Rep. Lewis
ADA leaders will meet Wednesday with Reps. Barbara Lee (D-CA) and Raul Grijalva (D-AZ) to discuss job creation, health care and the progressive agenda. On Thursday, we will meet with civil rights legend Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) to discuss legislative issues. Check ADA's website often for a special video report from Capitol Hill after the meetings.
