Speaker Boehner as Nero, Takes up his Fiddle...

The House of Representatives is set to vote to repeal health care this week; a meaningless act of political posturing.  The Senate will not consider it and the Administration will not agree to it.  Repeal will be dead on arrival and a colossal waste of time.  Meanwhile, the clock is ticking on raising the debt ceiling, and if the Congress fails to act on that issue, it has the potential to cause unprecedented economic damage to our nation.

Honoring Dr. King by Focusing on Today's Challenges

Last Friday, the ADA Education Fund held the annual "What Would Martin Do?" event on Capitol Hill.  A prestigious panel of speakers, including the Hon. Kathleen Kennedy Townsend and the Hon. Harris Wofford, addressed the question of how the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., might approach critical policy issues facing the country in the 21st century.   Watch the video now on C-SPAN.
