PPI to Host Forum on the Economic Implications of the Wireless Boom
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Progressive Policy Institute will host an economic forum to discuss the wide-ranging economic implications of the wireless boom on Tuesday, May 1 at 9:30 a.m.
Roger Entner of Recon Analytics will explain the findings of his recent paper, “The Wireless Industry: The Essential Engine of U.S. Economic Growth.” His presentation will be followed by a roundtable with Jim Cicconi of AT&T, Thomas Hazlett of George Mason University, and Michael Mandel of PPI, discussing the implications of the wireless boom, the investment trends driving the boom and how it all combines to impact consumers and the U.S. economy.
