In April of 2012 the Kensington Community boycotted Golden Farm Supermarket (329 Church Ave) for 24 hours to support workers fighting for better wages and benefits. Since then a majority of workers to join union, but Kim is doing all he can to stall the workers from getting the wages and benefits they deserve.

Meanwhile workers are suffering. Recently we lost Felix Trinidad—a 12 year Golden Farm employee who passed away after a battle with stomach cancer in July. Because Golden Farm offers no paid sick days for employees Felix was forced to work during chemotherapy.

Join us in boycotting Golden Farm until the workers have Paid Sick Days and a fair contract. We'll be picketing in front of the store Monday Friday 4PM to 7PM and weekends from 10AM to 8PM

Pledge to boycott Golden Farm by using the form below and sign up for a shift on the picket line!

I pledge to boycott Golden Farm until owner Sonny Kim treats workers with the respect they deserve and provides workers with a fair contract that includes paid sick days.
