Stop Social Security Cuts in the House

Congressman Cicilline has introduced a resolution rejecting Social Security benefit cuts in the form of the chained CPI. The vast majority of voters over 50 - seven out of 10 - oppose switching to the chained CPI, which would cut their Social Security benefits by thousands of dollars over the course of their retirement. The chained CPI would seriously harm seniors (especially the oldest of the old), veterans, people with disabilities, women, and people of color.

Already more than 100 House members have signed on to this important resolution. We need your help to spread the word.
