Measuring Success in Social Media

Your organization has a website, a blog, a facebook page with a few hundred fans and 1402 followers on twitter; now what? How do you engage with your fans and followers to achieve your organization's goals? How do you know that you are being successful in promoting your cause or generating action on advocacy campaigns? How can you identify the channels through which your communications are most successful? How do you integrate your social media strategy with other communications media?

Harish R. Rao, former Director of Technology for Howard Dean, ex-CEO of, and current Principal of Interpersonal Frequency will be speaking about analytic tools and techniques for measuring success in social media. The discussion will cover free and low cost tools and techniques for basic needs, as well as advanced tools for large organizations.

As usual, the event will open at 6:00pm, with the presentation beginning promptly at 6:30pm. The event should end by 7:30pm.
