The ya es hora ¡HAGASE CONTAR! Campaign motivates Latinos to participate in the 2010 Census. It is a sweeping, aggressive community education and Spanish-language media initiative to increase the Latino response rate. ya es hora ¡HAGASE CONTAR! aims to educate the Latino community about the benefits of a full count, reduce fears by serving as a trusted messenger, and provide accessible information and assistance.
