Contribution limits and guidelines for the New York State Democratic Committee:

Under federal law, the NYSDC is required to use its best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer for individuals who contribute more than $200 in a calendar year. The NYSDC’s federal account can accept contributions subject to the prohibitions and limitations of federal law – up to $10,000 from individuals, partnerships, LLCs (if taxed as a partnership), and unincorporated sole proprietorships, as well as checks of up to $5000 from federally registered PACs. The NYSDC’s non-federal account can accept up to $94,200 from individuals, partnerships, and LLCs per calendar year, as well as up to $5000 from corporations per calendar year. We may also receive unlimited contributions to the NYSDC housekeeping account.

Contributions are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
